ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 376(ii), N, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.8 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner aged about 58 years committed rape on victim aged about 28 years. It is alleged that, he had taken video graphs of the same and threatened her that, if she did not come for physical relationship, he will post the same in social media. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner had taken the nude photos of the victim girl and thereby threatened that he will upload the same in the social media. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
