This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to remove the petitioner name in the rowdy list in H.S.No.16 of 2007.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meghanathan, learned Government Advocate would submit that the name of the petitioner had been removed from the rowdy list in H.S.No.16 of 2007 by the proceedings of the Sub Inspector of Police, Siruppakkam Police Station, Cuddalore District in C.No.333/2021 dated 15.10.2021.
