ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 17.06.2014 in CSR No.347 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.It appears that the complaint dated 17.06.2014 in CSR No.347 of 2014 was closed on 17.10.2014, since both the parties did not appear. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh complaint in person to the jurisdictional police. On such complaint, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any congnizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
