Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to i) To grant an order interim injunction restraining the 5th respondent from made registration with respect of any alienation of the property in Patta No.1742 (In WMP.NO.17942/2021) pending disposal of the WP.NO.16933/2021 and;

ii) To grant an order of interim stay to stay the further proceedings of the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Tho.Mu.No.33/2020 dated 24.01.2020 by cancelation of patta order in (In WMP.NO.17944/2021) pending disposal of the above WP.NO.16933/2021.
