ORDER

Comp.A.Nos.588 and 589 of 2023 were filed by G.Rajendran. The said G.Rajendran passed away on 07.09.2024. His legal heirs have filed these applications to set aside the abatement and bring them on record as applicants in the respective applications.

2. In support of these applications, the death certificate of G.Rajendran and the legal heir certificate have been filed. The legal heir certificate contains the names of the five applicants herein. Therefore, these applications are liable to be and are hereby allowed by directing that the applicants be impleaded as applicants 2 to 6 in Comp.A.Nos.588 and 589 of 2023. The applicants shall carry out the amendments in Comp.A.Nos.588 and 589 of 2023 on or before 12.09.2025 and serve copies of the amended applications on the respondents within a week therefrom.

3. List the matter on 19.09.2025.
