Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned final notice dated nil in respect of the Tax Assessment No.230215 passed by the 2nd respondent for the shop No.15, Thiruvenkadasamy Road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore-2, quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from demanding enhanced rent for the subject shop by considering her representation dated 10.07.2021. It is reported that the conditional order passed by this Court was not complied with by the petitioner and the petitioner had deposited only 25% of the amount.
2. Even though this Court was not convinced on the merits of the case, this Court wanted to give an opportunity to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner to at least deposit 50% of the demand made by the respondent Corporation. Even this order has not been complied with.
3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
