CR.NO.336 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No. 10052/2021 dated 09.06.2021 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m and 5.30p.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.K.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 09.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 09.06.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court on each and every date of hearing. All other conditions remain unaltered.
