The petitioner made a representation on 27.07.2015 to the respondent no.1 stating that an extent of 3.45 acres in Murugamangalam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District belongs to him and his family members. However, by mistake, sub division has been effected. Thus, the petitioner sought for appropriate action from the hands of the respondent no.1. It was followed by a legal notice dated 26.08.2015. 2. Taking into consideration the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
