By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner in possession and enjoyment of the landed property ad-measuring to an extent of 1.84 acres situated in Nagiyampatti Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District by way of succession and according to him in the A-register, names of some other persons have been entered in respect of the property owned by him and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 07.04.2016 to the first respondent copy mark to respondents 2 to 4 and it is followed by a reminder dated 07.06.2016 and since no order has been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Rajkumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4. Though the petitioner prays for the larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2016 and reminder dated 07.06.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons interested including the respondents 5 and 6 and pass order within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner, respondents 5 and 6 and other persons concerned.
