ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28733 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28733 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
