Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to release the petitioner's Mini Stage Carriage plied on the route Tirupur GH to Iduvampalayam (Via) Pudur Pririvu Perichipalayam, Velliangadu, Thennampalayam Road, Gounder Thottam Corner, Palladam Road, Tirupur Old Bus Stand, Kamatchi Amman Kovil Street, Diamond Theatre backside, Murugampalayam Road, OK Tex Corner, Murugampalyam, Koodeeswaran Lab Corner, Iduvampalyam Pirivu, Iduvampalayam, covered by vehicle bearing Registration No.39 C 3777, which was in 2nd respondent office.

Pursuant to the notice to the respondents, the vehicle of the petitioner herein has been released by the Regional Transport Officer, Tirupur North vide letter dated 01.07.2019, after the suspension period of one month from 01.06.2019 to 30.06.2019.
