The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that there is no case or petition pending as against the petitioner as on date. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and prayed to dismiss the same.
