O R D E R

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in A.P. No.4 of 2017, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent has filed an appeal before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 1st respondent challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 15.05.2017. However, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.

4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a time frame.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in A.P. No.4 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
