Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department to Reconstruct, Repair the Damages and perform Thirupani Renovation of Arulmighu Sundaranayagi Sametha Sri Agneeswarar Thirukoil - Bharani Nakshatram (Parihara) Kshetram, Nalladai, Trancobar (Tharangambadi) Taluk, Mayavaram District previously Nagapattinam District including the Renovation and Reconstruction of the Inner and outer Praharams, Pillars, Kal Mandapams, Temple Tank, all the Vimanams and Gopurams and perform Ashta Bhandanam Maha Kumbaishekam according to Kamika Agamam-Siva Agamam in accordance with the Sampradaya and Customs within a reasonable time frame.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner says that in the counter-affidavit filed by the official respondents, there is a clear and categorical acceptance of what the petitioner had sought by way of the present writ petition.
2. The petitioner says that paragraphs 3 to 7 of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the second respondent deals with the matter.
3. In view of such submission, W.P.No.14063 of 2020 is disposed of without making any order and by requiring the respondent authorities to act in accordance with what has been stated at paragraphs 3 to 7 of the second respondent's counteraffidavit. There will be no order as to costs.
It is hoped that appropriate action will be taken and the petitioner will have no cause for any further grievance within twelve weeks from date.
