ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass suitable orders to release the Petitioner's frozen Bank Account (A/c.No.897281240) with the Indian Bank, Millerpuram Branch, Tuticorin.

2. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.40 of 2022 registered under Sections 384 & 509 of IPC and 66(D) and 67(a) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Now the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed by the respondent police and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem in C.C. No.2934 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner ought to have filed a petition before the Trial Court seeking appropriate relief. The direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
