ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 17.05.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1351 of 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District in Crl.M.P.No.1351 of 2022 dated 17.05.2022 passed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C to register the FIR, the respondent police has not complied with the order.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order of the

learned Judicial Magistrate, FIR has been filed in Crime No.125 of 2022.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
