This petition has been filed to relax the condition before the respondent Police Station every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4747 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4705 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) also submits that the condition was modified to appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday. Since that condition is not complied by the petitioner, he objects to relax the condition.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when summoned by the respondent Police. The Investigating Officer is directed to act as per the Judgment laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].
