ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the the second respondent police to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 26.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.846 of 2014. Hence, the respondent-Police is directed to register a regular case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.12.2014 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
