This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2511 of 2022 Crl.O.P.No.24895 of 2021 in Crime No.140 of 2021, on 28.02.2022, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
