This petition has been filed to relax the condition Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7998 of on 17.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
