The matter was listed under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the ground that different views are taken in the order dated 24.04.2025, which is factually erroneous. However, today, the order in W.P.(MD).No.22526 of 2024 passed by this Court dated 24.09.2024, is also produced by the learned Additional Advocate General before this Court where a different view has been taken.

Therefore, I am of the view that nothing further can be done in the present writ petition under the caption for being mentioned leaving it open for the petitioner to exhaust his remedy in the manner known to law.
