Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5343/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5670/2022 in Crime No.1/AC/2022/KM in CNR No.TNKP 030015432022 in its order dated 22.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.M.VENKATARAMANA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No. 5373 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.5670 of 2022 on 22.04.2022 to appear before the investigating officer once in a week on every Monday at 10.30. a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
