ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions over phone, submitted that peace committee meeting was held between the two groups including the group headed by the petitioner and a decision was taken to cancel the above said festival.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
