ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records in Complaint in STC.No.40 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore and quash the same.
2. On an earlier occasion, i.e., on 05.06.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today (i.e., on 06.06.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the defacto-complainant that in this case, out of three witnesses, two witnesses were examined.

At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertained the quash proceedings. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
