Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to issuance of Tender Notification Notification dated 17/05/2023 made in Na.Ka.No.328 /2021 / A1 (May) in Va.AA.No.208 /2023 /Se.Ma.Tho.A/Covai by the 2nd respondent herein for auctioning of the Shops 5 Nos. viz., C24, C26, C27, D30 and D32 in the old Pannerselvam

Flower Market, Coimbatore and notified in the Tamil Daily Newspaper Dinakaran on 18/05/2023 proposing the auction to be held on 31/05/2023 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents herein, their subordinates or anybody acting through them from in any manner bringing the shops for auction in the Old Pannerselvam flower Market, Coimbatore without providing provision for parking two - Wheelers and four -Wheelers in the said market.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Ample parking space was provided by the respondents and the same was recorded before this Hon'ble Court by its order dated 11.03.2024 made in W.P.No.20258 of 2020. Hence the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn as the same has become infructuous."

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
