This application has been filed to dispense with the production of the original legal heirship certificate dated 09.03.1998 issued by the Tahsildar, Mambalam Taluk (now Guindy Taluk) with respect to the legal heirs of the deceased M.Meenatchi, who died on 28.01.1998.

2. The legal heirship certificate had been issued by the Tahsildar office on 09.03.1998.

3. It is stated that it was misplaced by the floods which happened in the year 2015.

4. Taking into consideration all factors, this petition stands allowed.
