O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 24.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.33783 of 2002 on the file of this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent/Transport Corporation has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2145 of 2022 against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.33783 of 2002 dated 24.09.2018 and the same was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 15.03.2023. She further submitted that this Court has granted time till 15.06.2023, to comply the order passed in aforesaid writ petition.
