ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to STC No.684 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, and quash the same as illegal.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in STC No.684 of 2010, trial was completed and the petitioner was convicted by the learned Magistrate.
3. Since the trial was completed in STC No.684 of 2010 and the petitioner was convicted, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
