Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent vide No.APSO4373/2019/103950 dated 30.04.2019, to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to drop all further proceedings against the petitioner institution under Section 17 of the NCTE Act.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent/the Regional Director, National Council for Teacher Education, Southern Regional Committee, calling for the explanation from the petitioner/Usha Latchumanan College of Education, pointing out deficiency in their Institute. After responding to the show cause notice, the petitioner herein has rushed to this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents brings to the notice of this Court, pursuant to the show cause notice issued, which is now impugned in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioner has submitted the explanation on 22.05.2019 and it is for the 1st respondent/NCTE, to pass order pursuant to the reply given. Since, the petitioner herein has submitted his explanation to the show cause notice, it is for the 1st respondent to act upon it and pass appropriate order, at this stage, this Court cannot interfere in this process. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
