register the sale deed within the time specified by the Court, failing which the sale deed be executed and registered according to the provisions of Order XXI Rule 34(6)(a) of Code of Civil Procedure and for costs.

JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel appearing for the plaintiff, has circulated a letter dated 21.1.2016, for withdrawal of the suit and also filed a memo dated 22.1.2016, apart from making an endorsement, to that effect.

2.In the light of the above, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Refund of Court Fee if any, is as per entitlement. Consequently, connected Original Application is also dismissed.
