C.M.A.Sr.No.12803 of 2019 is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against the award and decree dated 06.07.2018, made in M.C.O.P.No.209 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, The Subordinate Court Sathyamangalam.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to condone the delay of 146 days in filing the appeal.
