With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal No.5161 of 2018 filed on 04.05.2018.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when he presented three sale deeds for registration, the same have been rejected by the 4th respondent, questioning its veracity. Challenging the said rejection, he preferred a common appeal before the 2nd respondent in appeal No.5161 of 2/4

2018 on 04.05.2018 and the same has not been disposed of till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal and pass appropriate orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a month's time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
