Mr.Suriya Badrinath representing Ms.V.Srimathi, Counsel on Record for the Revision Petitioner submits that the Revision Petitioner passed away on June 22, 2022. He further submits that the Revision Petitioner's son is in abroad and hence, he seeks short accommodation. 2.Mr.N.S.Deepak representing Mr.S.Senthil, learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 5 submits that O.S.No.147 of 2012 was decreed in part on August 09, 2023.
3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Revision Petition has become infructuous. Further, the Revision Petitioner passed away in the year 2022. Till date, his Legal Heir/Legal Representative is not brought on record. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case, there shall be no order as to costs.
