Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed Crl.M.P.No.1258 of 2016 vide order dated 20.06.2016 IN CRL MP.NO.4871 OF 2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.MATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner/Appellant/Accused that he is abiding the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1258 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.78 of 2016 dated 20.06.2016 without any default.

2.This fact is not disputed on behalf of the Respondent/ Prosecution Agency.

3.According to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner/Appellant/Accused is working as a Lorry Driver and therefore finds it difficult to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the fact that the Petitioner/Appellant has expressed some difficulty to adhere to the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1258 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.78 of 2016 dated 20.06.2016 and also this Court, taking note of yet another primordial fact that the Petitioner/Appellant is abiding the condition till date without any default or deviation, at this stage, relaxes the condition by directing the Petitioner/Appellant to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ranipet on every Wednesday, on every week in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
