This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein, viz. the Inspector of Police, Udumalpet Police Station, Tiruppur District to register a case on his complaint dated 14.12.2014 given to the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a regular case has been registered in Crime No.176 of 2015 under Section 380, 506[i] IPC .

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
