ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would state that she was appointed as the Principal in the second respondent-School and though as per the order of appointment, she has to work for a period of one year, she has continued beyond one year, till May, 2014, and she sent a letter of resignation to the second respondent and the second respondent has also relieved her from the post on 02.05.2014, and directed her to hand over the charge to Mr.K.Swaminathan, Secondary Grade Teacher of Tamil Department, and she also handed over all relevant records.

3. It is further stated by the petitioner that she, thereafter, moved the second respondent for the return of her original testimonials/certificates and since the same were not given, has submitted a representation to the second respondent, who sent a reply on 21.11.2014, directing her to clear the dues, and she, in this regard, has also submitted a representation dated 23.06.2015, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is not at all liable to pay any amount to the above said institution and therefore, prays for appropriate orders.

5. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent, also.

6. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.6.2015, in accordance with law and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
