ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.710 of 2021 dated 25.09.2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 710 of 2021, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is not co-operating for the investigation by producing certain documents.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent police.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the investigation and the respondent police is

directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report expeditiously.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
