ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property situated at Perungudi Village, comprised in Old Survey No. 53/1B1A1A and New Sub-Division No.53/22 in Patta No.25 except by due process of law and also seeking a direction to the first respondent to cease all further activities in respect of the said property. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the competent civil court against the first respondent for appropriate relief.
3.In view of the above submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent civil court against the first respondent for appropriate relief.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
