After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with requirement for filing counter. 2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2022 will be considered and disposed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
