Crl.M.P. No.10117 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.414 of 2021 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., and A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is ready to argue the Criminal Appeal itself and the main appeal may be taken up for final hearing. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He had also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"I may be permitted to withdraw with liberty".

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and endorsement made, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
