ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is a Poosari in Sri Merku Vassal Dharmamunishwarar Sri Kalikambal Temple from the year 2003 and it is a private temple situates in Vadapalani. The petitioner had left the service of the temple on 16.10.2020. Thereafter, a false complaint has been lodged. Despite the petitioner giving explanation, he has been constantly harassed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that one Dinakaran, lodged a complaint against the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

16.06.2021 and CSR No.307 of 2021 assigned. The allegation is that the petitioner had stolen the silver articles of the temple.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner will appear before the 2nd respondent police on 23.08.2021 along with materials whatever available with him and give his explanation.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
