The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in representing the application papers in A.D.No.161167 of 2024 in C.S.No.452 of 2019 dated 28.11.2024.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.2179 of 2025 in C.S.No.452 of 2019 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
