Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Ad-Interim Direction, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to forthwith pay the Petitioner his salary dues inclusive of arrears of salary from the date on which the same fell due and to continue to pay the same, ( in WMP No.19004 of 2017) pending finalization of the WP.35699/2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
