The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.2 of 2013, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.38 of 2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti.
