ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent police to register the complaint dated 30.12.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 30.12.2015, it is seen that one Priya has issued fake Insurance Policies to various people and some of them have made claims with the complainant company pursuant to road accident.

4. Since, there are sufficient materials in the complaint for regular investigation, this Court directs the fourth respondent-Police to register a regular FIR and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
