ORDER

This writ petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 8 from granting any license or permission to the 9th respondent in installing the Gas Station in S.F.No.278/5A & 278/6 in Pallipalayam Agraharam Village, Namakkal District and in view of the petitioners objections dated 05.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Since, the license was granted in favour of the 9th respondent, however, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.

4. With the above direction and recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
