ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3705 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31916 of 2024, dated 03.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the first and third weeks of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3705 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31916 of 2024, dated 03.03.2025 is relaxed.
