Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent in Dis.No.271/2015-A dated 30.6.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Stenographer Grade I, as per G.O.Ms.No.857, Home (Courts.V) Department, dated 24.11.2014 and also the proceedings of the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai 1 in order No.5/2015 dated 19.01.2015 within a stipulated period.

(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition challenging the order of the third respondent in Dis.No.271/2015-A dated 30.6.2015 and consequently, seeking a direction to the respondents to promote her as Stenographer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Grade I, as per G.O.Ms.No.857, Home (Courts.V) Department, dated 24.11.2014 and also the proceedings of the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai 1 in order No.5/2015 dated 19.01.2015 within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.
