C.M.P.No.10192 of 2022 in W.A.No.348 of 2022 C.M.P.No.10192 of 2022 in W.A.No.348 of 2022 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J., AND MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ,J., After hearing the parties in extenso, when this Court expressed that no further orders / clarifications are required in this case, Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General-II, assisted by Mr.M.Rajamathivanan, learned Counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a Review Petition before this Court or Appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court against the order dated 25.02.2022.

2. In view of the above submission, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to mention that there is no need to grant liberty to file a Review or Appeal, as it is for the parties to decide whether or not Review or Appeal could be filed. No costs.
