O R D E R
This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2009 pending on the file of the trial Court within a time to be fixed by this Court.
2. The respondent who has entered appearance through counsel submits that he has no objection for issuing such a direction.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the matter is pending in the argument stage for over two years. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to issue a direction as prayed for.
4. Accordingly, the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2009, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
